Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using KwikestCRM ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Accounts & Security

To access the features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain the security of your password and identification.
• Accept all responsibility for any and all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify KwikestCRM immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscription, Payments & Refunds

Billing: The Service is billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis.

Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. There are no refunds for partial months of service or for periods where the license was unused.

Fee Changes: KwikestCRM, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

Our IP: The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of KwikestCRM and its licensors.

Your Data: You retain all rights to the data, personal information, and content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and copy that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall KwikestCRM, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
